Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you are already carrying so much.
That is why I offer a free initial consultation before booking a full appointment.
This is a chance for us to meet, talk a little about what is bringing you to therapy, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process, how I work, and what support might look like moving forward.
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, comfortable, and connected with the person they are working with.
All sessions are currently offered online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in Australia.
Fees
Initial Consultation (15 minutes): Free
50 minute Individual Therapy Session: $120
90 minute Couples’ Therapy Session: $180
Reduced fees for international students
Being an international student in Australia can be exciting, but it can also come with unique challenges. Being away from family and familiar support, adjusting to a new country, and managing the cost of living can make it difficult to access the support you need.
If you're an international student and a mum looking for support, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments each month to help make counselling more accessible.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the session time will incur 50% of the session fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will incur 100% of the session fee.
